Role Overview:
We are looking for an Online Marketing Executive who can support end-to-end digital growth for Mera Monitor across India, Australia, Middle East, and the USA.
This role goes beyond traditional marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media (especially LinkedIn), paid marketing (Google & LinkedIn Ads), and emerging AI platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity AI.
You will work closely with the growth and content teams to drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities -:
1. SEO & Organic Growth:
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines
Improve rankings, organic traffic, and CTR
Support internal linking and on-page SEO improvements
Track performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
2. AI Platform Visibility:
Optimize content for AI-driven platforms
Identify queries/prompts where Mera Monitor should appear
Structure content to improve chances of being picked in AI-generated answers
Monitor brand visibility across AI platforms
3. Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn Focus):
Manage LinkedIn content (posts, polls, carousels, short videos)
Create engaging, non-generic content for B2B audiences (HR, founders, ops leaders)
Support leadership branding (profiles, posts, engagement)
Analyse engagement metrics and improve reach and interaction
Repurpose blog/content into social media formats
4. Paid Marketing (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads):
Support campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
Improve ad copy and landing page alignment
Monitor CPL, CTR, conversions, and lead quality
Assist in A/B testing ads and creatives
5. Website & Conversion Support:
Work with team to improve landing page performance
Ensure messaging consistency across ads, pages, and content
Support CRO (conversion rate optimization) initiatives
Help improve trial/demo conversion rates
6. Required Skills:
Basic to intermediate experience in SEO, social media, and paid ads
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation
Familiarity with tools like GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Good writing and communication skills
Ability to analyse data and improve performance
Understanding of content + conversion (not just traffic)
7. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in SaaS / software / tech companies
Exposure to international marketing (USA, Middle East, Australia)
Understanding of AI-driven search and content optimization
Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B audience targeting
