We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PCB Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in sourcing electronic components from global distributors such as Mouser Electronics, DigiKey, Arrow Electronics, and other electronic component procurement platforms. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, price negotiation, procurement planning, and ensuring timely availability of components for PCB manufacturing and assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source electronic components, PCBs, and related materials for manufacturing requirements.
- Procure components through global distributors including Mouser Electronics, DigiKey, Arrow Electronics, Avnet, Future Electronics, and authorized suppliers.
- Analyze BOMs (Bill of Materials) and identify suitable component sources.
- Compare pricing, lead times, stock availability, and alternate components.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and planning teams regarding component requirements.
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status until delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Monitor component shortages, lifecycle status, and obsolescence risks.
- Coordinate import shipments, customs documentation, and logistics activities.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory reports.
- Ensure timely material availability to meet production schedules.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternate sourcing and strategic procurement.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
