Skills & Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Proven experience in billing operations.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with other departments.
- Good email drafting and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- *Roles & Responsibilities of Franchisee Billing Executive:*
1. Dashboard Monitoring
Monitor pending parcels on the dashboard on a regular basis.
Follow up on pending parcels.
Track outgoing and incoming shipments of Regional Franchisees (FR) and Delivery Agents (DA).
2. Mobile Update Monitoring
Monitor daily delivery updates completed by FR/DA branches.
Follow up on pending updates and ensure completion on the same day for real-time tracking and visibility.
3. Delivery Bill Verification
Verify delivery and pickup data shared by DA/FR.
Follow up for hard copies of bills duly signed by the Franchisee and Regional Head.
Track and follow up on all pending bills.
4. Topay Management
Monitor daily Topay reconciliation and weekly Topay deposits.
Share monthly Topay deposit details.
Regularly follow up on pending Topay reconciliations and deposits.
5. Franchisee Query Handling
Handle queries related to Franchisees and Delivery Agents.
6. Franchisee Collection
Manage and follow up on Franchisee collections.
