Rahul B Agarwal & Associates is a Chartered Accountancy firm providing professional services in Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Corporate Compliance, and Advisory. We are looking for a sincere, hardworking, and reliable Office Peon to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSC / HSC
- Prior office assistant/peon experience will be preferred.
- Must be residing in Navi Mumbai.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Honest, punctual, physically fit, and well-groomed.
- Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi/Marathi. Basic English will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
- Serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and clients.
- Assisting with office opening and closing activities.
- Handling photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document arrangement.
- Delivering and collecting documents from banks, government offices, clients, couriers, and other locations as required.
- Assisting with office errands and administrative support.
- Managing pantry supplies and ensuring availability of office consumables.
- Receiving and dispatching couriers and parcels.
- Assisting staff with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Working Hours
- 11-hour duty as per the company's operational requirements.
- Weekly off will be provided as per company policy.
