Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven International Sales Executive to manage and expand our global business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing international markets, generating export business opportunities, and building strong relationships with overseas clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities across global markets
- Generate leads through market research, LinkedIn, cold calling, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors
- Handle export inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and internal teams for timely execution of orders
- Monitor international market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management review
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in International Sales and Export Business Development
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and client management
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Understanding of export documentation and international trade procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a target-oriented environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Packaging, Paper, Polymer, Manufacturing, or related industries preferred
- Experience handling overseas markets such as Middle East, Africa, Western Countries or Asia will be an advantage
- Candidates with immediate joining availability preferred
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field
- MBA preferred
