The Customer Care Data Management Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, managing customer-related data, supporting customer service operations, and issuing customer policies through the company portal. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure timely and accurate policy processing while delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM and internal databases.
- Ensure customer data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Issue customer policies accurately through the company portal in accordance with company guidelines and turnaround times.
- Verify customer information and supporting documents before issuance.
- Process customer requests, account updates, endorsements, renewals, and data corrections.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve policy issuance or data-related discrepancies.
- Monitor policy issuance status and ensure successful completion of transactions.
- Generate reports and analyze customer data to support business decisions.
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits to maintain data accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company data privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Support customer service operations by providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, data management, policy administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant skills may also be considered).
- Experience using CRM systems and online policy administration portals is preferred.
