Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Automation Trainer to lead and deliver advanced training programs in Industrial Automation and Building Management Systems (BMS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing industry-relevant training content, mentoring junior trainers, managing end-to-end training operations, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes. The role also includes supporting automation projects, client training programs, and technical consulting initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
- Deliver advanced classroom and hands-on training in Industrial Automation and BMS technologies.
- Conduct practical training on PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, Electrical & Electronics, Electro-Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems, CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), PAGA, LAN, and other industrial technologies.
- Facilitate project-based learning by guiding trainees through real-world industrial automation applications.
- Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Curriculum Development
- Design, develop, and regularly update training curricula, course materials, presentations, lab manuals, and digital learning content in line with current industry standards and emerging technologies.
- Create structured learning paths that enhance both theoretical understanding and practical skills.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Mentor, coach, and supervise junior trainers to maintain consistent training quality.
- Conduct trainer development sessions and technical knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Promote best practices in technical training and instructional delivery.
Training Operations
- Plan and manage training schedules, batch allocations, workshops, seminars, and certification programs (both online and offline).
- Ensure training labs are fully operational, with proper equipment utilization and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessments, and documentation.
Client & Project Support
- Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to deliver customized technical training programs.
- Provide technical consulting and support during automation project execution whenever required.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in industrial automation technologies and incorporate them into training programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 6months to 3 years of experience in Industrial Automation training and/or automation project execution.
- Prior experience in training delivery, curriculum development, or mentoring technical teams is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with industrial automation software and hardware platforms will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
