The Impact You'll Make
As a Collection Executive, you will be the voice of our company to customers with outstanding payments. Your role goes beyond just recovering dues—you will help customers find solutions, maintain positive relationships, and ensure our business continues to grow sustainably. Your ability to communicate clearly and handle sensitive situations with care will directly impact our reputation and success.
What You'll Do
- Contact customers via phone to remind them of pending payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and payment commitments in our system.
- Negotiate payment plans that are fair to both the customer and the company.
- Follow up consistently to ensure timely collections while maintaining a professional tone.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams to resolve disputes or discrepancies.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines in the collection process.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass.
- Good English communication skills—both spoken and written.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling).
- Strong listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A polite, persuasive, and problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
