Position Overview
Creativemud Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive with exceptional English communication skills to support strategic growth initiatives and client engagement activities. This position focuses on professional communication, opportunity development, and relationship management and is not a sales-target-driven role.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally in all client communications, including calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Assist in identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for appropriate solution alignment
- Prepare and manage business proposals, presentations, and formal communication documents
- Maintain structured follow-ups and relationship continuity with potential and existing clients
- Support senior leadership in executing business development strategies and initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, discussions, and opportunity status
Role Scope & Expectations
- This role involves strategic communication and business coordination, not aggressive selling
- There are no individual sales targets or revenue pressure
- Performance is evaluated on communication quality, professionalism, learning ability, and contribution to business growth
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing / Business Development / International Business / General Management)
- Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant business development or client coordination experience will be preferred.
Core Competencies
- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory requirement)
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Ability to understand business discussions and articulate ideas clearly
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
