Hiring: Power Apps Developer (Copilot Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot integration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable business applications and automations while working closely with on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- Build and manage workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate Copilot / AI features within Power Platform solutions
- Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other data sources
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Power Platform applications
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Power Apps development
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate and Dataverse
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot / AI Builder
- Proficiency in Power Fx
- Experience with integrations (SharePoint, SQL, APIs)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Power Platform certifications
- Experience with Azure services
- Exposure to governance and security best practices
