Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable (AR)
Location: Noida | US Healthcare RCM | Full-time (US shift)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Executive / Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. The role involves handling end-to-end AR processes, ensuring accurate follow-up on outstanding claims, working with insurance payers, and supporting the financial health of our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in US healthcare RCM and strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external payers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform insurance follow-up by contacting US insurance companies to pursue outstanding claims and ensure timely payments
- Analyze remittance data, explanation of benefits (EOB), and electronic remittance advice (ERA) to identify AR status and required actions
- Resolve denials, underpayments, and unpaid claims by collaborating with internal billing teams and payers
- Accurately document follow-up actions and maintain updated production logs and notes
- Meet productivity and quality targets while adhering to turnaround times (TAT)
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and internal quality processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate issues when needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable follow-up and denial management in US healthcare RCM
- Strong understanding of US healthcare payer systems, insurance follow-up, and revenue cycle management concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with billing software/RCM platforms
- Willingness to work in US shift timings
Work Environment:
- On-site role in Noida supporting US healthcare RCM operations
- Night shift / US timing work schedule
