Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with business owners, understanding their business requirements, explaining ThinkMyBrand's digital marketing and branding solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
The candidate should possess excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Understand the client's business, industry, challenges, and marketing goals.
- Present and explain ThinkMyBrand's services, including:
- Branding & Brand Strategy
- Website Design & Development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Performance Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Online Reputation Management
- Business Growth & Digital Marketing Solutions
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with interested clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads until closure.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on the company's services and current digital marketing trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (training can be provided).
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
Qualification
- Under Graduate/ Graduate (Any Stream)
- MBA/Marketing candidates will have an added advantage.
