Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a good understanding of real estate projects, pricing structures, and customer relationship management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make calls to prospective clients to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, property portals, social media, and referrals.
- Explain project details such as location benefits, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements including budget, location preference, property type, and investment goals.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the field sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer data, follow-up schedules, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, documentation, and booking processes.
- Handle objections and customer concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare reports on calls, leads, site visits, and conversions.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and real estate regulations.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in, MS Excel, and basic reporting.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
- Good understanding of real estate terminology and sales processes.
