We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Assistant to support daily store operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory records while ensuring proper stock management and cleanliness of the store area.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Issue materials as per department requirements.
- Organize and arrange stock items systematically.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory checks.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.
- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding stock requirements.
Requirements
- Qualification Diploma & Any Degree.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and store management.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and record-keeping is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials when required.
