We are seeking a visionary and analytical Senior Researcher to lead our research initiatives and translate complex data into actionable strategic insights. In this role, you will design and execute robust research frameworks that directly inform our product roadmap, operational decisions, and long-term market positioning.
As a senior leader within the research team, you will bridge the gap between deep analytical exploration and high-level business strategy, presenting critical findings to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Research Design & Execution: End-to-end ownership of complex research projects, including methodology design, data collection, comprehensive analysis, and synthesis.
- Strategic Insights: Translate raw data and research findings into clear, high-impact business recommendations and strategic actionable steps.
- Data Synthesis: Analyze and integrate multi-source qualitative and quantitative data to identify emerging trends, market shifts, and operational risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure research insights align with daily execution and overall growth strategies.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, white papers, and data visualizations for executive leadership and external partners.
- Methodology Innovation: Establish, refine, and champion research best practices, data governance, and advanced analytical frameworks across the organization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience conducting high-level research within a corporate, consulting, or advanced academic environment.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in a highly analytical field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Behavioral Sciences, Business Research, or related disciplines).
- Analytical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency with statistical analysis software and data tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, SAS, SQL, or specialized qualitative analysis platforms).
- Methodology Expertise: Deep mastery of both qualitative (e.g., focus groups, deep-dive interviewing, ethnography) and quantitative (e.g., predictive modeling, survey design, segmentation) research techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and synthesis skills, with a proven ability to distill complex data sets into clear, executive-ready narratives.
- Critical Thinking: Strong strategic planning capabilities with a natural curiosity and a sharp eye for detail.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹78,000.00 per month
