Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join our Digital Onboarding Team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently, and the capability to guide and support onboarding processes. This role also requires someone who can take ownership, coordinate with team members, and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls related to digital onboarding processes
- Assist customers in completing onboarding requirements with clarity and accuracy
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion and onboarding completion
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues
- Track daily activities, update CRM systems, and maintain proper records
- Support team operations and ensure smooth workflow management
- Take initiative in handling escalations and ensuring quick resolution
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / onboarding roles
- Experience in digital onboarding or fintech/tech environments is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive team coordination
- Organized, reliable, and capable of handling responsibilities independently
