Job Summary
We are hiring an RFP Analyst / Proposal Analyst to manage end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for US public sector and enterprise clients. The role involves working with internal teams to prepare high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ responses
- Prepare compliance matrices, response outlines, and submission checklists
- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Recruiting, Leadership, and SMEs
- Draft and edit executive summaries, technical responses, resumes, and company profiles
- Ensure 100% compliance with proposal requirements
- Perform formatting, proofreading, packaging, and portal submissions
- Maintain proposal content library, resumes, and past performance records
- Support proposals in IT Staffing, ERP, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation
Required Skills
- 2–3+ years of experience in RFP / Proposal / Bid Management
- Experience in US Staffing or IT Services proposals
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Good knowledge of US public sector procurement
- Hands-on experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in US shift
Preferred
- Experience with portals like Ariba, Bonfire, BidNet, Jaggaer
- Knowledge of SOW, MSA, contracts, ISO, CMMI, MBE/DBE
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
