We are looking for motivated and hardworking Fresher candidates for SPM (Special Purpose Machine) Assembly. The candidate will support the assembly and installation of SPM machines, including drilling machines, tapping machines, fixtures, and automation equipment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the mechanical assembly of SPM machines.
- Assemble machine parts, mechanical components, and sub-assemblies.
- Support the assembly of drilling and tapping machines.
- Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and assembly drawings.
- Assist in fitting, alignment, and installation of machine components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and assembly equipment safely.
- Support machine testing, trial runs, and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist senior technicians during machine assembly and installation.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
- Learn and follow company assembly standards and work instructions.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and machine components.
- Basic understanding of drilling and tapping operations.
- Knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments is preferred.
- Ability to learn machine assembly and troubleshooting.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn SPM automation.
Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with basic knowledge of machine assembly, fitting, drilling, or tapping are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
