We are rapidly expanding across quick-commerce platforms and are looking for a driven and analytical Q-Commerce Key Account Manager to scale this high-growth channel.
Job Summary
The Q-Commerce Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing business across quick-commerce marketplaces. The role involves handling platform sales, stock availability, pricing, listings, promotions, and operational coordination to ensure smooth execution and sustainable growth.
This position requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to work closely with founders to drive marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across quick commerce platforms
- Monitor daily sales performance, stock availability, and platform metrics
- Track and reduce out-of-stock (OOS) situations
- Coordinate inventory replenishment with warehouse and dispatch teams
- Manage pricing, discounts, and maintain price parity across platforms
- Ensure product listings, content, and catalog information are accurate and updated
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and advertising campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform category managers
- Handle claims, debit notes, reconciliations, and payment-related issues
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports
- Identify growth opportunities and improve platform profitability

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Q-Commerce, Ecommerce Marketplace Management, or Sales.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Zoho Inventory or similar inventory management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
