Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing business in the cosmetic healthcare industry. Our company is involved in the trading and distribution of cosmetic drugs, injectables, and fillers, along with the operation of cosmetic clinics.
The ideal candidate should preferably have experience in the healthcare or aesthetic medicine sector, especially in injectable and filler product sales and marketing. The role will involve field sales, business development, distributor and clinic coordination, and marketing support for our cosmetic clinics.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market cosmetic drugs, injectables, and filler products across Kerala
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, cosmetic clinics, pharmacies, and distributors
- Generate new business opportunities and support sales growth
- Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and product presentations
- Support marketing activities for cosmetic clinics, including promotional campaigns and patient engagement initiatives
- Assist in digital and offline marketing activities
- Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with management regarding business expansion activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, cosmetic, or aesthetic industry preferred
- Experience with injectables and filler products is highly preferred
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel across Kerala for business development activities
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-oriented candidate preferred
Salary & Benefits
