Job Overview:
We’re hiring a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Social Media Manager to support content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking across social platforms. You’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing social media strategies
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms
- Engage with followers and manage community interactions
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
- Conduct competitor research and trend analysis
- Coordinate with design and content teams
- Support campaigns and contests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field
- 1–2 years of social media experience
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & management tools
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Understanding of graphic designing is a must!
