Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Marketing Executive to support our Aluminium Doors and Interior Solutions division in Calicut. The role involves identifying upcoming projects, generating quality leads, and converting them into confirmed sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track upcoming residential and commercial projects in the Calicut region.
- Generate authentic and qualified leads through market visits, networking, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, contractors, builders, interior designers, and customers.
- Present product features, specifications, and pricing clearly and effectively.
- Meet monthly sales targets and ensure consistent conversion of leads.
- Maintain accurate reports on inquiries, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, site measurements, and order execution.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in building materials or interior product sales (B2C).
- Strong understanding of the Calicut market and project opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
