Shinewell Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Associate to support our business growth initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential clients, generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and assist in converting prospects into business opportunities.
This position requires candidates who are comfortable with cold calling, client interactions, regular follow-ups, and occasional field visits to client locations whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential business leads through various channels.
- Make cold calls to prospective clients on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and maintain relationship pipelines.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with decision-makers.
- Visit client locations whenever required for business discussions and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and follow-up targets within specified timelines.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and interacting with new prospects.
- Willingness to travel and visit client locations when required.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven mindset.
