Job Summary-
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Founder & CEO in managing daily schedules, communications, meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedule.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder & CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records and business documents.
- Assist in tracking projects, deadlines, and action items.
Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
