Strategic Alliance Executive
Job Summary
The Executive shall be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, chemists, distributors, and healthcare partners for collaboration with La Med India. The role involves generating qualified leads, establishing strategic partnerships, promoting Company programs, and driving business growth through relationship development and revenue-generating opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through clinics, doctors, pharmacies, chemists, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and customers.
- Conduct market mapping and territory analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect databases.
Business Development
- Approach and engage healthcare professionals and healthcare establishments for strategic tie-ups.
- Present Company products, services, programs, and partnership opportunities.
- Explain incentive programs, promotional campaigns, and commercial benefits offered by the Company.
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new business partners.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinic owners, pharmacists, and decision-makers.
Meeting & Conversion Targets
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective healthcare partners.
- Convert qualified leads into active business partnerships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation and conversion targets.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status and business opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
- Gather feedback from doctors, clinics, and chemists.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and new partnership models.
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit daily activity reports, lead reports, and visit summaries.
- Maintain CRM records and business development documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads generated.
- Number of clinic tie-ups completed.
- Number of doctor partnerships onboarded.
- Number of chemist/pharmacy partnerships onboarded.
- Monthly revenue generated from partnerships.
- Conversion ratio of leads to active partners.
- Quality and accuracy of CRM reporting.
Incentive Structure
In addition to fixed salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives based on:
- Qualified leads generated.
- Successful clinic tie-ups.
- Doctor onboarding.
- Pharmacy/Chemist onboarding.
- Revenue generated from assigned partnerships.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Healthcare Business Development, Medical Marketing, or Partnership Development shall be preferred.
