Omni-channel Marketing Manager (Beauty & Personal Care)
We are seeking a visionary Omni-channel Marketing Manager with deep expertise in the Beauty and Personal Care sector to lead our brand’s growth initiatives. You will be responsible for orchestrating a cohesive strategy that bridges the digital and physical worlds, ensuring a seamless brand experience for our consumers at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies that integrate online digital campaigns with offline retail partnerships to drive brand awareness and market share.
* Digital Excellence: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media, influencer collaborations, SEO/SEM, and email marketing, ensuring high-impact content that resonates with our target audience.
* Retail & Trade Marketing: Manage relationships with key retail partners and develop in-store promotional activities and merchandising strategies that enhance the consumer shopping experience.
* Consumer Engagement: Leverage data-driven insights to analyze consumer behavior, refine brand positioning, and build lasting loyalty within the highly competitive beauty industry.
*Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs across all channels to optimize marketing spend, ensure ROI, and report on growth metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in marketing management specifically within the Beauty, Skincare, or Personal Care industries.
* Deep understanding of omni-channel retailing and digital landscape trends.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable growth strategies.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners.
