Position: MBBS Doctor (Fresher) – Aesthetic Cosmetology

Job Locations (Post Training): Karnal, Jalandhar, Gurgaon, Bathinda, Mumbai & Ahmedabad
Training Duration: 1 Month (Unpaid)
Employment Agreement: 2 Years
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for MBBS Fresher Doctors who are passionate about building a career in Aesthetic Cosmetology. No prior cosmetology experience is required. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive clinical training in advanced aesthetic procedures under experienced professionals.
Training Program
The selected candidates will undergo 1 month of unpaid training at our Chandigarh training center, covering:
- Fundamentals of Aesthetic Cosmetology
- Skin Assessment & Patient Consultation
- Chemical Peels
- Medi-Facials
- Skin Rejuvenation Procedures
- Hair Treatment Protocols
- Aesthetic Injectables – Introduction to Botox & Fillers
- Clinical Ethics & Patient Safety
- Infection Control & Clinic Protocols
- Treatment Planning & Follow-up Management
- Machine Handling & Clinical Documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and assess patients for aesthetic treatments.
- Conduct patient consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Perform cosmetology procedures as per company protocols after successful training.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Educate patients regarding treatment benefits, precautions, and post-procedure care.
- Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff for seamless patient care.
- Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, and hygiene standards.
- Deliver a high standard of patient care and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Aesthetic Cosmetology.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
- Willingness to complete 1 month unpaid training in Chandigarh.
- Ready to relocate to any of the company's branches after training.
Company Policy
- A 2-Year Employment Agreement is mandatory.
- The agreement will be executed at the time of joining.
- Candidates must be willing to serve at the assigned branch after successful completion of training.
