We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Store Manager who understands jewellery customers, jewellery sales cycles, and jewellery store operations.
Your Role
As Jewellery Store Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of the jewellery showroom, including sales, team management, customer relationships, and jewellery inventory control.
This role is ideal for someone who has already worked in a jewellery retail store and is comfortable managing high-value customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Jewellery Store Sales & Revenue
- Drive jewellery store sales targets and monthly revenue
- Improve walk-in conversion and average ticket size
- Lead jewellery consultations and assist customers in purchase decisions
- Build repeat and referral jewellery customers
Jewellery Showroom Operations
- Manage daily operations of the jewellery retail store
- Ensure premium in-store customer experience
- Maintain jewellery display standards and store presentation
Team Management
- Lead and coach jewellery sales associates
- Train team on jewellery product knowledge and selling approach
- Monitor daily store performance
Jewellery Inventory & Stock Control
- Oversee jewellery inventory handling and stock movement
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving jewellery products
- Coordinate replenishment and stock planning
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with jewellery buyers
- Ensure trust-driven customer experience
- Handle customer concerns professionally
Required Experience
- Minimum 3–7 years in jewellery retail or jewellery showroom management
- Experience working with jewellery brands or fine jewellery stores
- Strong understanding of jewellery sales and customer behaviour
- Experience handling jewellery inventory and store targets
- Leadership experience in jewellery retail teams
Experience with branded jewellery chains or boutique jewellery stores is highly preferred.
