Role Purpose
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and strengthening the entire HR function for Prasad Food Divine, a rapidly expanding hospitality organization with a workforce of 500+ employees.
This role requires a seasoned HR leader capable of managing large workforce operations across multiple restaurant units, ensuring statutory compliance, building strong leadership pipelines, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning people practices with the founder’s vision of building not just professionals, but value-driven human beings.
The position demands both strategic foresight and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Organizational Alignment
· Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business expansion plans.
· Partner with founders and senior leadership to design scalable people systems.
· Lead workforce structuring for new restaurant launches and expansion projects.
· Strengthen leadership capability across mid-level and frontline managers.
2. Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition (500+ Employees)
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring (kitchen staff, service staff, supervisors, corporate roles).
· Forecast manpower requirements across branches.
· Build structured hiring pipelines to reduce dependency on urgent hiring.
· Develop employer branding initiatives in the hospitality ecosystem.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
· Design structured onboarding and induction processes.
· Ensure seamless integration of employees across all units.
· Develop retention strategies to reduce attrition in frontline roles.
· Establish career progression pathways for restaurant staff to move into supervisory and managerial roles.
4. Performance Management & Capability Development
· Implement structured KRA/KPI frameworks across branches.
· Ensure quarterly performance reviews and feedback systems.
· Identify training needs.
· Develop internal talent pools for future leadership roles.
5. Compliance & Statutory Governance
· Ensure full compliance with labour laws, Shops & Establishment, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.
· Manage audits and statutory inspections across all locations.
· Maintain updated HR policies and employee handbook.
· Handle disciplinary matters with fairness and procedural integrity.
6. Culture, Engagement & Employee Relations
· Strengthen culture alignment with Prasad’s values and hospitality standards.
· Implement engagement initiatives across units.
· Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.
· Manage grievance redressal systems and conflict resolution.
7. HR Operations, MIS & Analytics
· Maintain centralized HR MIS for 500+ workforce.
· Monitor attrition, absenteeism, productivity ratios, and manpower cost metrics.
· Present monthly HR dashboards to leadership.
· Drive digitization and systematization of HR documentation.
Key Requirements
· Education
o MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
· Experience
o 8–10 years of total HR experience.
o Mandatory experience handling organizations with 400+ employees.
o Strong exposure to hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or workforce-intensive industries.
o Proven track record of managing multi-location HR operations.
o Have experience in conducting Training Need Analysis & executing Trainings as per plans.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
