Position: EdTech Trainer Intern
Internship Period: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹5000-₹7000 per month
Location: South Delhi, Delhi (hybrid)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized career guidance and one-on-one mentoring to candidates transitioning into AI/ML and Data/Business Analytics roles, building strong core concepts, practical skills, and job-readiness confidence
- Design and deliver customized, project-based training programs aligned with individual skill levels, career goals, and industry requirements
- Guide learners in building and optimizing professional digital portfolios (GitHub, LinkedIn, Tableau, personal websites) and equip them with the right tools, resources, and industry insights
- Stay updated with AI/ML industry trends and collaborate closely with clients to continuously improve training content and learner outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, MySQL, Power BI, and Tableau, with a basic understanding of AI/ML and Data/Business Analytics concepts and career pathways
- Ability to support career transitions through skill-gap analysis, personalized project-based training, and structured mentoring
- Strong spoken and written English, with excellent interpersonal skills to guide learners and build confidence
- Familiarity with building and optimizing professional portfolios on GitHub, LinkedIn, Tableau, and similar platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-oriented, capable of managing multiple clients and staying updated with industry trends
