Role Objective
As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will manage the heartbeat of our Gurgaon expansion: the Mini-Warehouse/Hub. You are responsible for ensuring that every outlet in the North Region has the raw materials, bakery supplies, and inventory they need to operate 24/7. Your goal is to maintain a centralized, SOP-driven supply chain that eliminates stock-outs and minimizes wastage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hub Operations & Inventory Management
- Centralized Supply: Manage the daily operations of the Gurgaon Mini-Warehouse, serving as the primary distribution point for all North Region outlets.
- Inventory Tracking: Implement a rigorous system for Daily Sales & Inventory tracking. Maintain real-time data on stock levels using supply notes and digital logs.
- Bakery Coordination: Manage the relationship with regional partners for the Daily Bakery Supply, ensuring fresh stock reaches stores before opening hours.
- Stock Optimization: Monitor "Minimum Stock Levels" to trigger re-orders and ensure stores never face a "Stock-Out" situation.
2. Logistics & Distribution Control
- Supply Dispatch: Coordinate the logistics of moving goods from the Hub to individual outlets in Noida, Gurugram, and Punjab.
- Wastage Mitigation: Perform regular physical audits of the warehouse to identify near-expiry items and minimize inventory loss.
- Supply Notes: Ensure every dispatch is accompanied by an accurate Supply Note, and reconcile these daily with store-level receiving reports.
3. Asset & Uniform Management
- Uniform Custodian: Manage the regional stock of the New Dress Code/Uniforms and ensure the HR team has the necessary inventory for new joiners.
- Equipment Spares: Maintain a small inventory of essential kitchen spares and tools to support the 24x7 operational readiness of the outlets.
Core KPIs
- Inventory Accuracy: Zero variance between physical stock and system records.
- Order Fulfillment: 100% timely delivery of daily bakery and dry stock to all outlets.
- Wastage Control: Keeping warehouse-level wastage below the target percentage.
- Stock Availability: Ensuring zero operational downtime due to missing raw materials.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 2–5 years in a warehouse or store-keeping role, preferably in the F&B, FMCG, or Retail sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (for inventory tracking) and basic warehouse management software.
- Operational Discipline: A process-driven individual who respects SOPs and timeline-based dispatches.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi; ability to communicate effectively with delivery partners and vendors.
- Resilience: Ability to manage the pressure of a 24x7 supply chain environment.
