About Us
Thriftage Industries LLP is a fast-growing garment manufacturing company specializing in Denim, Corduroy, and Canvas apparel. We are looking for an experienced Garment Merchandiser to manage internal order execution and production coordination while ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A) plans for all orders.
* Coordinate with Cutting, Stitching, Washing, Finishing, Packing, and Dispatch teams.
* Monitor daily production and ensure orders are completed within deadlines.
* Follow up on fabrics, trims, labels, buttons, zippers, and accessories.
* Coordinate sample development (Proto, Fit, PP, Size Set, and SMS samples).
* Maintain BOMs, style files, production records, and order documentation.
* Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
* Prepare daily production status and order tracking reports.
* Ensure smooth execution from order planning to dispatch.
Required Qualifications
* 2–6 years of experience in garment merchandising.
* Experience working with Denim, Corduroy, or Canvas garments is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
* Good understanding of T&A planning and production follow-up.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with ERP software (Odoo or similar) is an advantage.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
* Experience in apparel manufacturing.
* Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
* Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple styles simultaneously.
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
