About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team at WebSenor. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects
- Generate business for IT services including web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and software solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM/tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of sales processes and lead generation
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Basic understanding of digital services/IT solutions is preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic personality
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling international/domestic clients
- Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation, bidding portals, or email outreach
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
