- Identify and develop institutional business opportunities
- Drive B2B sales of agri-inputs
- Manage leads, negotiations, and order execution
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
>Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams
>Market insights & Strategies
- Conduct market research on trends and competition
- Provide inputs on pricing, demand, and growth strategies
>Training & Support
- Conduct product demos and client training
- Offer basic technical advisory on agri-inputs
Key Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
