Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and prevent theft, pilferage, and inventory loss.
- Conduct regular surveillance and floor monitoring activities.
- Maintain safety and security standards within the premises.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials/documents.
- Assist in stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory checks.
- Investigate incidents related to loss, damage, or policy violations.
- Prepare daily reports related to security and loss prevention.
- Coordinate with warehouse/store/operations teams for compliance.
- Ensure proper entry and exit procedures for employees and visitors.
- Support emergency handling and safety procedures.
- Conduct audits (Monthly Audit, Cycle Count, Wall-to-Wall Audit, etc.).
Required Skills:
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of security and loss prevention procedures.
- Ability to handle situations calmly and professionally.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Qualification:
- Graduation / Higher Secondary Pass
- Experience in Security or Loss Prevention preferred
Experience:
0–3 Years
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
