Role Overview:
We are looking for a well-groomed and client-focused Designer who brings strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and measurement expertise, while delivering an exceptional luxury experience to our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized style and fabric consultations to clients
Take precise body measurements for bespoke garments with high accuracy
Deliver a premium, relationship-driven customer experience
Coordinate seamlessly with the tailoring and production teams
Travel to client locations across Greater Mumbai area as required
Uphold Giorgi Carpi’s luxury service standards at all times
Requirements:
Prior experience in fashion, bespoke tailoring, or premium apparel
Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, and garment construction
Excellent client handling and presentation skills
Proficiency in professional measurement techniques
Willingness to travel within Greater Mumbai area
Must have own commute (car preferred)
Well-groomed personality with strong communication skills
Preferred Profile:
Currently working as a Fashion Designer or having relevant hands-on experience in bespoke/made-to-measure
Background in menswear or luxury retail environment
Compensation:
Competitive salary with attractive performance incentives, aligned with experience and capability.
Monthly Billing Incentive %
Up to ₹5,00,000 2%
₹5,00,001 – ₹8,00,000 4%
₹8,00,001 – ₹12,00,000 5%
Above ₹12,00,000 6%
Product Specific Bonus
Canvas Suit Delivery ₹1,000 per piece
1-year completion → ₹25,000 retention bonus
2-year completion → ₹50,000 loyalty bonus
Quarterly Target Achievement
100% → ₹25,000
120% → ₹50,000
150% → ₹100,000
Travel Allowance Upto ₹8,000 (On Submission of Bills and Travel Report)
Mobile Allowance ₹200
12 Paid Holidays per annum
