Tele Caller – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about properties, pricing, locations, and offers.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and purchase timelines.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities in CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Update customers regarding new project launches, promotional offers, and investment opportunities.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
- Prepare daily call reports and performance updates for management review.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and property market trends.
- Ability to handle objections and persuade customers effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Tele Calling, Customer Service, Real Estate, or Sales will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–3 Years of experience in Tele Calling, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
