Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA / Oracle Apps DBA to manage, maintain, and support Oracle E-Business Suite environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration, Oracle EBS, performance tuning, patching, cloning, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite (11i, R12, R12.2).
- Perform database installation, cloning, patching, upgrades, backup, and recovery activities.
- Manage Oracle RAC environments and perform performance tuning.
- Administer WebLogic servers and Oracle Fusion Middleware components.
- Support Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) environments.
- Monitor database health and resolve production issues.
- Perform EBS upgrades (12.1 to 12.2) and database upgrades (12c to 19c).
- Configure and maintain standby databases and disaster recovery solutions.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle DBA and Oracle Apps DBA.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 11i, R12, and R12.2.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle RAC, Performance Tuning, Cloning, and Patching.
- Experience with WebLogic Administration and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS).
- Experience working on Linux, AIX, Solaris, and Windows platforms.
- Exposure to AWS environments is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
