What We Expect :
- 0–2 years of experience in C++ development (freshers with strong fundamentals and relevant
academic/personal projects are welcome to apply).
- Solid grasp of core C++ (C++11/14/17) concepts — OOP , STL, memory management, and
pointers.
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and their time/space complexity.
- Exposure to or willingness to learn multithreading and concurrency fundamentals.
- Familiarity with, or genuine interest in learning, Qt for building desktop applications.
- Basic awareness of networking concepts (TCP/IP); interest in learning protocols like FIX on the
job.
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment and using Git for version control.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills, with a habit of writing clean, readable code.
- A genuine curiosity about trading systems and eagerness to learn from senior engineers.
What You Will Do :
- Work closely with senior engineers to develop and maintain modules within our C++ trading
applications.
- Assist in building and testing components for market data handling and order processing under
guidance.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following the team's coding standards.
- Debug issues, fix bugs, and support root-cause analysis in existing modules with mentorship.
- Gradually take on tasks involving exchange connectivity and FIX protocol integration as you
grow.
- Participate actively in code reviews to learn best practices in performance-oriented coding.
- Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, high-quality releases.
- Continuously upskill in low-latency systems design, profiling, and optimization techniques.
