Position : Management Representative (MR)

Job Purpose
To establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in the Wiring Harness manufacturing facility as per IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and automotive industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Ensure implementation and maintenance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 systems.
● Monitor wire cutting, crimping, soldering, connector assembly, taping, testing, and packing processes.
● Coordinate customer audits, certification audits, and internal audits.
● Ensure implementation of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans.
● Handle customer complaints and ensure CAPA implementation.
● Conduct process audits, product audits, and layered process audits.
● Drive continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 5S, Lean, and Poka-Yoke.
● Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and SCM teams.
● Prepare management review reports and monitor KPIs.
● Conduct employee training on QMS and customer requirements.
Qualifications
● Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
● Internal Auditor certification in IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 preferred.
Experience
● Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry.
● Experience in handling IATF systems and customer audits.
● Strong exposure to wiring harness manufacturing processes.
