The Tender Manager is responsible for managing the complete tendering process, from identifying business opportunities and reviewing tender documents to preparing, submitting, and tracking competitive bids. The role requires close coordination with technical, commercial, finance, legal, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely submissions that maximize the company's chances of securing contracts.
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities from government, public sector, and private clients.
- Review tender documents, specifications, eligibility criteria, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical, commercial, financial, and legal information required for bid preparation.
- Prepare Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and tender submissions.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted before deadlines.
- Prepare bid documentation, compliance statements, technical proposals, commercial offers, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate cost estimation, pricing, and bid strategy with finance and commercial teams.
- Maintain a tender calendar and monitor submission schedules.
- Manage bid clarifications, client communications, and responses during the tender process.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
