Job Summary
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executives – Male/Female to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients through calls and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Explain hotel services, offers, packages, and facilities.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain customer and call records.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Send and respond to professional emails to customers and clients.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain records using computer systems.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Front Office, and other departments when required.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
Requirements
- Male / Female candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Hindi-speaking ability will be an added advantage.
- Good written communication and email drafting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Email will be an advantage.
- Confident and pleasant personality.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
