- Machining of core, cavity, other elements as per the drawing/plan provided.
- Planning of critical fixture for Sink Edm requisites.
- Maintaining the jobs as per the required accuracy levels.
- Suggest the spark gaps and choose the right process to get desired dimension and surface finish.
- To read the electode offset drawings and sink edm the job as per the drawing dimensions.
- To maintain the machine in good condition by doing autonomous maintenance.
- Good knowledge on electode design with the suitable spark gaps for meeting the requisites.
- Good hands on experience in using basis metrology equipment.
- Good knowledge of working in CNC sink edm machines Agie Charmilies, Makino, Sodick etc..
- Basis computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift 25-30kgs.
- Good vision of eye sight.
- Willing to work rotating shifts.
