- Handle customer service calls and complaints.
- Schedule and coordinate service engineers for installations and breakdown calls.
- Track service call status and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain service reports, service register, warranty records, and AMC data.
- Coordinate spare parts requirements with stores and purchase teams.
- Prepare daily and monthly service MIS reports.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
