Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, motivated Real Estate Sales Executive - Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, client relationship management, Sales Service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, networking ability, and negotiation skills, along with a passion for customer service and sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Meet clients directly and explain package details, campaign solutions, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer database records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and service process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure quality customer service to support timely revenue generation.
Requirements
