## Role Objective
Kolors Healthcare is looking for a qualified and ethically driven Dermatologist to join our team of 40+ skin care professionals. You will be responsible for providing expert clinical consultations and performing advanced aesthetic procedures in a premium, dermatology-only environment. We take a firm stand against quackery; all consultations and executions are handled exclusively by registered Dermatologists.
### Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Consultations & Diagnosis
- Conduct comprehensive skin, hair, and nail assessments for diverse client concerns.
- Diagnose and create evidence-based treatment plans for conditions such as acne, alopecia, melasma, and eczema.
- Recommend medical or aesthetic interventions based on a thorough review of client history.
2. Aesthetic & Laser Procedures
- Perform or supervise advanced non-surgical treatments including:
- Injectables: Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Skin Boosters.
- Regenerative: PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate).
- Energy-Based: Laser Hair Removal, Pigmentation Correction, RF treatments, and Alma Lasers.
- Skin Care: Chemical Peels and Thread lifts.
- Ensure all procedures adhere to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and medical ethics.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain meticulous electronic and physical medical records and informed consent forms.
- Strictly follow Kolors’ SOPs and ensure compliance with NMC/MCI guidelines.
- Monitor patient progress and manage any adverse effects with professional care.
4. Leadership & Training
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to junior doctors, cosmetologists, and therapists.
- Stay updated on global trends by participating in internal training and medical workshops.
- Collaborate with the front-office and counseling teams to ensure a premium client journey.
### Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: MBBS with a Master’s degree (MD/DNB) or Diploma in Dermatology (DDVL/DVD).
- Registration: Valid Medical Council Registration is mandatory.
- Experience: Prior experience in aesthetic dermatology is preferred, though training will be provided to candidates with strong clinical fundamentals.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-end clients professionally.
