International Sales Executive – Australian Shift

Shift: Australian Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to businesses and decision-makers in Australia.
- Promote website development, SEO, digital marketing, software development, and related services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals when required.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle client objections and negotiate effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Build long-term business relationships with clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with international clients.
- Confidence in outbound sales calling.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in International Sales, B2B Sales, Telesales, or Telemarketing.
- Experience in Australian, US, UK, or Canada sales processes preferred.
- Knowledge of website development and digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may apply.
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.
