We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Job Location - Champakathayam, Mooriyadu Rd, Kozhikode
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products and services to customers effectively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,754.02 per month
