Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
Job Description:
Graduate Engineer Trainees are fresh engineering graduates who are trained to understand the company's operations, manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety procedures. They work under the guidance of senior engineers and gradually take responsibility for engineering and production-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers in daily production and engineering activities.
Learn and follow manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor production, quality, and process performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Prepare daily reports and maintain engineering records.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and other departments.
Identify process issues and suggest improvements.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility:
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, EEE, ECE).
Freshers.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and engineering fundamentals.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
