About the Role
CB Tech is looking for a dynamic and experienced Education Counsellor to join our Thiruvananthapuram branch. If you have experience in student counselling, admissions, or educational consulting and enjoy helping students achieve their career goals, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on suitable courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve admission targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare daily reports.
Courses You Should Be Familiar With
Knowledge of one or more of the following is preferred:
- IT Courses
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Hospital Administration
- Accounting & Finance
- Management Programs
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or a similar role within the education/training sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency are an advantage.
